Description of VoiceOver 2.10:
VoiceOver 2.10 for Windows 9x, works similar to a compressor rack, however it is configured as a side-chain compressor, allowing a persons speech to effectively `duck` the background sound which may be music in this instance. Two sounds are loaded into the program in `wav` format (Master and Slave), then adjustments may be made such as `threshold`, `decay` etc.., in real-time. Once you are satisfied, simply press `Record to Disk` and a `wav` file of the entire voice-over production will be rendered to hard-disk!

Supported OS: Windows 3.x, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003
