Description of Scrolling LED Bitmap Generator 3.2.0:
Create an Animated GIF that looks like a scrolling LED display. It has several features to customize the display including scroll directions and styles. Two color sets for the LEDs and 3 fonts are installed. You can easily customize the fonts and colors to your preference. The Scrolling LED Bitmap Generator has a preview that allows you to see (and remove) the frames that make the animation.

Supported OS: Windows XP, Windows 2003

System Req: .NET Framework 1.1 (will be installed automatically if not installed yet) - Microsoft operating system: Windows XP/2003.
