That's why "Digit twister" records the currently playing stream, from an INTERNET radio broadcast, then saves (as a separate file in MP3 format) is great new technology. Fortunately, recording Internet radio still remains in legal limbo, and there's some precedent for it being legal, since you can record regular broadcast radio.
